ABOUT CONVERGENT

Practical systems for innovators, manufacturers, and technical business leaders who need usable capability, not abstract consulting.

Convergent Group helps turn rough ideas, technical friction, and scattered operating knowledge into buildable products, practical tools, clearer workflows, stronger documentation, and systems that improve execution.

BACKGROUND

Led by hands-on innovation, manufacturing, and technical problem solving.

Convergent Group is led by Tyler Bragnalo, a builder, technical problem solver, and product-development leader with three decades of hands-on experience taking ideas from rough concepts and napkin sketches through design, prototyping, production, distribution, shop systems, and manufacturing operations.
That background shapes how Convergent works. The focus is not on abstract advice or generic transformation language. The work starts with real constraints: ideas, drawings, materials, machines, suppliers, schedules, quoting logic, customer pressure, production limits, and the day-to-day friction that determines whether a concept can become a durable, profitable reality.

Ideas made buildable

Support for innovators who need to turn a rough concept, product idea, or technical opportunity into something that can be designed, tested, built, explained, and moved toward production.

Execution made stronger

Support for manufacturers who need clearer workflows, better tools, stronger documentation, improved shop visibility, and more profitable execution with the people, equipment, and knowledge they already have.

Systems that compound

Each project should leave behind more than a finished task. It should create reusable capability: a tool, process, template, dataset, decision pattern, training asset, or operating system that makes future work stronger.
WHY CONVERGENT EXISTS

Most technical businesses already have more capability than their systems can use.

In product development and manufacturing, the limiting factor is often not effort, talent, or equipment. It is the gap between what people know and what the organization can capture, repeat, teach, and improve. Convergent exists to close that gap by turning scattered knowledge into usable structure: better workflows, clearer decisions, practical software tools, stronger documentation, reusable training, and systems that help people make more with the resources they already have.

Capture what the shop already knows.

Turn tribal knowledge, informal workarounds, and recurring decisions into tools, documentation, workflows, or training that can be reused.

Make better decisions easier.

Use practical systems, math, visibility, and structured thinking to improve how work is planned, quoted, scheduled, taught, and managed.

Build capability that compounds.

Each project should leave behind something useful: a tool, process, template, lesson, dataset, decision pattern, or reusable operating asset.

NEXT STEP

Start with the gap worth solving.

A useful Convergent conversation starts with the friction, bottleneck, missing system, or opportunity that needs clearer structure.
